On November 19-20th 2015 in Turku (Finland) successfully passed the Russian-Finnish Partneriat for small and medium-sized businesses.

For many years St. Petersburg Partneriat has been the leading platform for SMEs issues discussion. In 2015 for the first time Partneriat took place abroad together with the successfully recommended in Finland Rubicon Forum. The organizers of Partneriat are the Government of St. Petersburg - the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg and the City of Turku with the support of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Finland.

Aleksi Randell, Mayor of Turku City, Sergey Movchan, Vice-Governor of Saint-Petersburg, Jari Gustafsson, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, Valery Shlyamin, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Finland gave speeches at the plenary session dedicated to present and future economic cooperation between Russia and Finland.

Alla Manilova, Deputy Culture Minister of Russia took part in the session for Russian-Finnish cooperation in tourism.

267 companies from Russia, Finland, Kongo, Latvia, the Netherlands and China were registered at Partneriat. Representatives from Leningrad region, Moscow region, Pskov region, Vologda region, Saratov region, Republic of Bashkortostan were among Russian participants.

In 2016, Russian-Finnish Partneriat held on September 26-28th, in Tampere, on the site of the Subcontracting 2016 exhibition, in Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre.

Participation at the Russian-Finnish Partneriat for SMEs is free for foreign companies.
Foreign participants of the Partneriat in Tampere can expand their format of participation by the Promotional Package Participant, including:

•Placement of Participant's logo at the partneriat.com (company name, description of 100-200 symbols, link to the company's website).
•Placement and distribution of Participant's flyers and brochures on the registration desk and Partneriat business program area (without material printing).
•Put Participant's flyers and brochures in the Participant cases (without material printing).
•Placement of the Participant's mobile advertising construction (roll up/print wall) at the Partneriat business program area (without production).

In 2015 Rubicon Forum was organized within the framework of the Russian-Finnish Partneriat. The main topic - “Source of finance for growth, internalization and innovative projects of SMEs” was actual both for Finish and Russian participants.

In 2016 Rubicon Forum is also preparing a special program on the sidelines of the Russian-Finnish Partneriat for small and medium-sized businesses in Tampere. Rubicon Forum is an official partner of the Partneriat'16.
